To the delight of parents and children alike, we will have a courtyard full of kiddie fun. Children of all ages can enjoy the corn crib, hay jump, corn snake, rubber duck races, and mini pumpkin maze.
The mini pumpkin maze is an excellent mental challenge as well as a great way to have fun at Layman Family Farms. From the entrance, you must navigate the maze making only right-hand turns. Good luck!
The Corn Crib is great for both younger and older kids alike. An innovative alternative to sand, our "corn box" is much more fun and we guarantee you'll never find anything else quite like it.

New in the 2006 season, our Corn Cannon was a resounding success. Visitors can take turns shooting corn cobs out of a pressurized air cannon at targets placed out in a 2 acre field.
New in the 2008 season, our Pumpkin Blaster was a resounding success! Visitors get to launch pumpkins with a pressurized cannon, and then watch them sail high in the air and crash into targets making a wonderful, pumpkintastic mess.

New in the 2008 season, visitors were able to take a plunge down the Beale Mine Shaft to find the lost treasure. Visitors sit on a potato sack and slide down the gentle 30-foot tube. A wonderful ride appropriate for all ages.
In our quest to provide entertainment to visitors of all ages, we discovered the Cow Train. Aimed mainly towards children age 7 and under, the Cow Train consists of 10 "cows" in a row connected to a John Deere tractor.
The Train Conductor takes the Cow Train through a dirt field and over humps and bumps to give the riders a fun, safe, and unforgettable ride. Due to high demand, we limit one ride per admission purchase.
